ThermaFrax

ThermaFrax is a revolutionary combination of 2 gold standard treatments.  It combines skin tightening with laser resurfacing to produce firm and nearly flawless skin. This combination treatment is useful for face as well as body.  There is no increase in downtime or side effects.  The treatments are beautifully compatible and work synergistically to bring you results. 

Facial laxity, even eye area and under the chin laxity improve.  Brown spots, texture, scars and pores improve as well.  The end result is healthy more youthful skin.

When treating the body we have seen excellent results in the area of stretchmarks the result from pregnancy.  The abdomen after children can show significant skin laxity as well as the superficial textural changes known as stretchmarks.

Thermage is the first component. It is perfomed on the area in question. This procedure takes about an hour.  The skin is slightly pink.

Fraxel is then immediately performed over the same area.  Typically this takes about an hour as well and leaves the skin pink and somewhat swollen.  This effect will last about 3 days.  About a month later a second Fraxel is performed and a month after that a third.

Patients will see gradual improvement in tightness, texture, color and scars over several months.
